The woman is listed as Pat Buttress, incorrectly. I am the woman listed, the first elected woman on the City Council and later the first directly elected woman Mayor in Orange Co., and for the record, a graduate of UCLA, Joanne Coontz. If I had a larger photo to identify, I could easily identify everyone in the photo. Thank you, and please reply!
