		<description>Your photo identification for Orange Centennial Celebration, Orange, California 1988,courtesy Orange Public Library, shows elected officials cutting the ribbon in the street for the celebration. The woman is listed as Pat Buttress, incorrectly. I am the woman listed, the first elected woman on the City Council and later the first directly elected woman Mayor in Orange Co., and for the record, a graduate of UCLA,  Joanne Coontz. If I had a larger photo to identify, I could easily identify everyone in the photo.
